The team lead will be in charge of the EC Commercial DC teams, focused on tools for the Commercial Expertise Center (Client onboarding, Sales Activity follow-up, Salesforce setup & deployment, Third Party Referential)

She/He will work closely with Front and Business users.


Main missions will be:

  • Coconstruct the vision on commercial process and referential with the business
  • Provide path between asis IS situation and the coconstruct vision
  • Provide transformation roadmaps and ensure followup and communication with stakeholders
  • Leading IS partnership on business projects and business development activities
  • Staffing and organizing knowledge management activities for the team
  • Organizing team activities (allocations, planning)
  • Delivering services and solutions with the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Maintaining high standard of software quality, development, design and testing principles within the team
  • Encouraging and promoting innovation
  • Providing effective and timely communication to relevant organizations and individuals.

Role:

Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery

Provide leadership to teammates

Participate in the analysis and solution implementation along with his teammates

Maintain high standards of software quality, development, design and testing principles within the team by establishing good practices and habits while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget

Perform regular IT review of solution designs and code to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify them

Ensure every team member is motivated and committed in achieving goals and targets

Coach team members to produce desired results
