Your role
As a Finance Manager, your role includes reviewing and analyzing finances, ensuring compliance with regulations and refining reporting documentation.

The main goal is also verifying the integrity and accuracy of financial operations, safeguarding organizational assets and developing efficient business processes to record revenues, costs and related balance sheet postings.

Additionally, the Finance Manager should insure the cash & tax efficiency of the company and at the group level.


Key missions

  • Working alongside our thirdparties or internally to support month end close, reviewing expenses, producing management accounts (P&L and balance sheet) and integrating financial data into comprehensive financial models
  • Ensuring proper general ledger, processing employee expense claims, cut off assessment and process, prepare weekly suppliers payment runs for approval
  • Managing accurate ledgers ensuring receipts are posted and allocated, assisting with invoicing and renewals, monitoring accounts to identify overdue invoices, ensuring timely collection of balances due. Managing as well the doubtful and accounts receivables depreciation assessment
  • Managing and optimizing cash flow on multiple bank accounts, monitoring payment terms and forecasting future cash flow, optimizing cash on hand
  • Prepare and reconciliate monthly VAT returns and any other Tax declarations
  • Working with external auditors to assist with yearend audit queries, answering any of their questions (financial or commercial) and managing the relationships between accountants and auditors to deliver the financial documents in due time
  • Manage continuous reporting and ongoing analysis of business performance, especially on costs analysis
  • Prepare of consolidated financial statements
  • Assist the FP&A with preparation of forecast and budgets by producing indepth financial models to enable quantitative decision making and investment allocation

What we are looking for

  • You have at least 8 years of experience in Accounting, with at least an experience in corporate finance (audit, accounting), with deal exposure and accounting understanding (French & European Gaap & IFRS Gaap)
  • You are focused on providing high quality financial and operational results and can quickly develop crossfunctional relationships to help drive the overall strategic initiatives of the business.
  • You understand specific operational areas within SAAS B2B Company
  • You are a highenergy, detailoriented individual with a passion for finance, accounting. Through your previous experiences, you have developed strong problem solving skills.
  • You are driven by deadlines, results and excellence, thrive in a fastpaced environment and embrace change. You have a high level of attention to detail with desire to continually learn and improve
  • You are focused on providing high quality financial and operational results and can quickly develop crossfunctional relationships to help drive the overall strategic initiatives of the business
  • You have a strong relationshipbuilding skills demonstrated by the ability to grow and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders
  • You are able to understand and succinctly explain complex data. You are comfortable resolving competing priorities
  • You are fluent in both French & English (read, write & speak)

You will be our rockstar if...

  • You have an experience as Senior or Manager in a certified accountant company
  • You have an accounting qualification such as DSGC, DEC, etc.
  • You have already worked in an international environment, developing multicultural sensibility
  • You have worked with NetSuite and Salesforce in the past
  • You have worked on ERP implementation process
  • You have worked on M&A process
