Your Role
You'll have a key role in the strategy.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality professional events such as conferences, trade shows, networking events, and product presentations.

Your primary goal will be to promote the Zenchef brand, expand our partner network, and generate new business opportunities.


Key Missions

  • Event Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy aligned with Zenchef's business objectives (online and offline). Identify relevant events to participate in, sponsor, or organize.
  • Planning and Coordination: Manage all logístical aspects of events, including venue selection, contract negotiation, coordination with vendors and service providers, registration and invitation management, schedule planning, budget management, and timeline tracking.
  • Brand Promotion: Design and execute brand promotion strategies at events, creating impactful communication materials, compelling presentations, and attractive product demonstrations. Ensure maximum visibility of the Zenchef brand among attendees and potential partners.
  • Partnership Events: In collaboration with the Partnership Manager, creation of joint events with partners to develop mutually beneficial partnerships and maximize lead generation, sales opportunities or visibility.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Assess the impact and effectiveness of events by being datadriven. Measure results and provide detailed evaluation reports. Utilize this information to continuously improve future events and optimize investments.
  • B2C Awareness: Develop awareness among hungry consumers across Europe in order to acquire app users

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience between 1 and 3 years in B2B event management, preferably in the Saas B2B sector
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
  • Creativity and innovation to design unique and memorable events.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Resultsoriented mindset and ability to measure the impact of events on business objectives.
  • You are fluent in both French & English (read, write & speak)
