Moët Hennessy, Wines & Spirits Division of LVMH, is looking for an experienced HR Digital Project Manager to actively contribute to the design and implementation of an ambitious roadmap on an international scope.


Reporting to Moët Hennessy's Digital Corporate HR Lead, your mission is to support the 25 Maisons and Regions of Moët Hennessy, in nearly 50 countries, in defining their needs for the implementation of new HR platforms.

Bring forward your ability to innovate along with a strong customer service-oriented mindset, you ensure a robust integration of future tools in the ecosystem in place and planned.

You are also responsible for ensuring the right level of appropriation and use of deployed platforms. You hold a central role for the Division, you collaborate daily with the IT teams of Moët Hennessy as well as with the teams of LVMH Group


MISSIONS

  • Pilot and carry out the projects you are responsible for (deadline, budget, specifications, project team management, governance and change management activities)
  • Monitor and coordinate RUN activities in close collaboration with other team members and IT teams. Identify potential improvements on the platforms and measure the impacts of these developments.
  • Partner with HR teams of the Maisons and Regions, as well as the IT teams, to define and write the functional & technical specifications.
  • Contribute, with the IT Team, to the alignment of IT services with the company's strategy, and encourage the Maisons and Regions to use technological and IT standards as a competitive advantage
  • Participate in strengthening expertise and leading the Moët Hennessy HR community in France and internationally on HR Digital and Data topics. It is key to animate and reinforce our proximity by developing qualitative & close relationships with our users/stakeholders.
  • Lead or participate in strategic Digital HR transformation projects such as the launch of a Learning platform, implementing a new payroll interface, etc., contributing to the digitalization of the HR function
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to help define needs. Come up with solid solutions' proposals.
  • In relation to the Level 1 and 2 Support teams, you will ensure the proper functioning and proper use of the platforms for which you are responsible. Expert on those platforms, you are Level 3 Support in direct contact with the integration teams providing the TMA (Tierce Maintenance Applicative) or the editors.
  • Support and drive data management and processes implementation for M&As
  • Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.


With your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a rigorous and structured approach, and your ability to communicate effectively helping you bring solutions and pushing things forward, you will ensure that you challenge current HR methods and processes in order to optimize their implementation in HR platforms.


PROFILE

ABOUT YOU

  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in the HRIS field, on an international scope
  • Knowledge on Human Resources processes, along with IT processes, KPI animation,
  • Proven expertise in project management
  • Sense of service, excellent listening capability and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate proactivity, along with ability to work in a process mode
  • Autonomous, rigorous and able to manage confidential information are prerequisites
  • Knowledge of HR SaaS and SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking and priority management
  • Being a team player is essential
  • Eager to learn and selfdevelop
  • French & English fluent (written and spoken)
  • Perfect command of Excel and MS Office tools
  • Strong appetite for HRIS tools, data flow management and numbers
  • Energetic, able to challenge, dynamic, pragmatic
