- Développer les cahiers des charges de projets spécifiques d'innovation ou de reformulation, depuis le sourcing des ingrédients, jusqu'à la planification des projets et la valorisation scientifique et marketing des formulations dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur ;
- Etablir des recommandations en termes de développement (AMM et non AMM) et être force de proposition dans la création de nouveaux produits ;
- Assurer la gestion de projets pour le transfert industriel des formules et la conformité des plannings de projets ;
- Développer et assurer les supports scientifiques nécessaires à la formation de la force de vente pharmacie et du réseau de visite médicale en partenariat avec l'équipe marketing ;
- Contribuer à la veille technologique et l'innovation, en assurant un contact régulier avec les fournisseurs d'ingrédients ;
- Assurer une veille bibliographique ;
- Analyser également les formules déjà présentes sur le marché ;
- Accompagner le lancement et la commercialisation des produits en répondant aux différentes demandes sur les produits développés ;
- Plus généralement, exécuter toute mission entrant dans le cadre de ses fonctions, nécessaire au bon fonctionnement du service R&D.
- En cours de formation 4ème ou 5ème année d'école d'ingénieur, de master spécialisé en sciences pharmaceutiques, biologie, santé ou agro-industriel.
- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience (stage/alternance) dans un environnement R&D dans le secteur de santé et/ou du complément alimentaire.

- Réglementation compléments alimentaires / Bonnes pratiques Pharmaceutiques (BPF)

Rattaché à la Directrice R&D vous serez en charge de suivis de projets R&D de la conception à l'accompagnement de la commercialisation.
