Job summary

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager for one of our Industrial Clients, who is looking for someone to participate in the deployment of the Supplier Portal.

The role will be to coordinate and implement the deployment of the Supplier Portal to the different Business Units (BU) of the Group to ensure a successful and efficient integration of processes and tools.

The role will involve:

User Support:
Provide proactive and reactive assistance to Supplier Portal users
Resolve issues, answer questions
Provide ongoing training to ensure optimal use of the system.
Documentation writing:
Create, update and maintain technical and functional documents related to the vendor portal, including user guides, procedures and FAQs, to facilitate user understanding and adoption.
Conduct meetings:
Organizing and facilitating regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Discussing progress, challenges and opportunities related to the deployment and use of the supplier portal
Ensuring clear and effective communication between all parties.
Information Gathering and Schedule Tracking
Rigorously track project information, tasks and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met and updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders to ensure project success.

Skills

At least 3 years' experience in project management
Experience in Manufacturing is a plus
Project Management certification is a plus
Strong communication, presentation and technical challenge
Excellent communication and writing skills in French and English
Spanish is a plus
