Cherry Biotech's mission_

Cherry Biotech's mission is to provide the
most advanced technological platform for predicting the impact of compounds (e.g. drug, endocrine disruptors, cosmetic) on the human body
to better treat pathologies and predict undesired effects.

The platform aims to be the best alternative to ineffective animal models by combining novel microfluidic technologies, artificial intelligence, and the most advanced imaging techniques.

We are now at the development stage of our company. CubiX, our main product, is in a pre-sales phase and we are now offering service activities.

We are also involved in several international scientific collaborations which allow us to keep ahead of our competitors, to test our devices with top-notch scientific support and to further explore new potential innovations to integrate into our current and future products.

What do we propose?_

Goals of the position:

Join the production unit team to participate in new and innovative devices manufacturing and follow-up with our clients.

Gain experience in those fields which are critical steps on the path of bringing a new deeptech product into the market.

Your main responsibilities:

Mounting: Take part in the production of our 2 products CherryTemp and Cubix : guaranteeing the assembly and the testing of our products, in close collaboration with the Production, Industrialization and Aftersales service Responsible.
Process: Contribute to the quality control, compliance and certification phases of our products, especially regarding our Cubix product which is in presale phase and not commercialized yet.
Management: Take care ofthe management of the hardware and instrumentation stocks.
Cooperation: Take in charge, in collaboration with the Production, Industrialization and Aftersales service Responsible of the aftersales services of our commercialized product CherryTemp.
Development: Deliver assigned projectrelated tasks according to the main project milestones.
Cooperation: Demonstrate, through your capacity at bringing innovative solutions and working in team, how you help the company achieve its industrial objectives.

What we are looking for:

SKILLS

Technical English skills.
Good base knowledge in electronics, mechanics and/or industrialization.
Handson building/assembling electronic and/or mechanical devices.
Ability to build and follow processes and to accurately conduct tests.
Organization, Reporting and Calendar tracking habits.

PROFILE

You are passionate about electronic/mechanics and your experience in hands-on building (even in private life) is as much important as your educational degree.

You are meticulous, love to build up mechanical and electronic prototypes as well as testing them and finding clever solutions to spotted problems.
You are not afraid to deliver and meet challenges, you are motivated and have good handling of highpressure.
You have strong relational capacities: you are diplomatic, assertive, an active listener, productive/openminded, respectful to diverging opinions.
You are a team player, dynamic, curious, and proactive.
