We are looking for an ambitious Senior Office Manager based in Paris.

Reporting to our Senior HRBP and in collaboration with our current Office Manager you will take care of our Brevonauts by organizing and coordinating different kinds of initiatives and projects.

You will also provide top-level assistance to our CEO on his calendar management and work on strategic topics.

This is an ideal position for a smart, motivated individual who is passionate about delivering strategic value and work in a high powered, collaborative environment.


As a Senior Office Manager, you will:

  • Perform complex calendar management and organization for our CEO
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements, manage visa procedures and process travel expense reports for Comex members
  • Help ensure our CEO is properly prepared and on time for all meetings
  • Manage relationships with investors and management board and ensure information is well shared
  • Organize events on team level and on Paris office level (Offsite, LunchinGreen, DrinkingGreen, Christmas and Summer parties, Team Buildings by team )
  • Liaise with event agencies
  • Manage budget in collaboration with our Finance Team
  • Organize (event planning and coordination) global summits

What will contribute to your success:

  • At least 5+ years of experience as Executive Assistant/Office Manager or Event Coordinator/Manager
  • Experience in similar startup environments and international organizations preferable
  • Proven ability in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both English & French
  • Proactive, wellorganized, detailoriented, ability to multitask with great followup skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite
