At Scaleway, the Sales Administration team maintains a trustworthy relationship with clients in all aspects related to billing.
They ensure a billing process that aligns with accounting rules and contribute to its continuous improvement, while also providing daily administrative support to the sales team.
We are currently seeking a new Junior Sales Administration Assistant to join our team.Responsibilities:
- Client relationship management (providing information and assistance to clients/prospects for all administrative inquiries)
- Manual billing for a specific client portfolio (Public Sector, Partners, and major accounts)
- Processing and tracking client orders
- Monitoring clients in collection procedures
- Accounts receivable and payment collection activities
- Contract deadlines
- Dispute resolution
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a BAC+2 degree (DUT / BTS in secretarial studies or commerce)
- You are dynamic, customer oriented, adaptable and you love to work within a team
- You are thorough, autonomous, and resultoriented
- You love to teach and you are able to remain calm under pressure
- You are able to express yourself in English and to follow a conversation
This position is:
- Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France) with partial remote work possible
