Contract Manager (Maternity Cover):


Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do:

  • You will bring your experience with licensing to provide legal support for technology transactions.
  • Maintain relationships with managers in the Informatica departments to stay familiar with business plans and goals (and how these would affect Informatica's position in contract negotiations).
  • Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure contractual issues are addressed.
  • Help with license compliance projects.
  • Conduct multiple legal projects.
  • Communicate with corporate legal on other areas of law according to local requirements (eg Privacy/GDPR, employment, corporate governance).

What We'd Like to See:


  • Inhouse experience and experience relating to SaaScentric issues, i.e., privacy, security, GDPR, etc.
  • Legal qualification.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking.
  • High integrity, well organized, and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under endofquarter deadline pressure.
  • Fluent (speaking, reading, and writing) in English and French.
  • Ability to influence others in a group and conduct negotiations.
  • Understanding of contract and negotiation principles in the business and legal context, including a working knowledge of revenue recognition rules.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
