Contract Manager (Maternity Cover):

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do:

You will bring your experience with licensing to provide legal support for technology transactions.
Maintain relationships with managers in the Informatica departments to stay familiar with business plans and goals (and how these would affect Informatica's position in contract negotiations).
Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure contractual issues are addressed.
Help with license compliance projects.
Conduct multiple legal projects.
Communicate with corporate legal on other areas of law according to local requirements (eg Privacy/GDPR, employment, corporate governance).

What We'd Like to See:

Inhouse experience and experience relating to SaaScentric issues, i.e., privacy, security, GDPR, etc.
Legal qualification.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking.
High integrity, well organized, and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under endofquarter deadline pressure.
Fluent (speaking, reading, and writing) in English and French.
Ability to influence others in a group and conduct negotiations.
Understanding of contract and negotiation principles in the business and legal context, including a working knowledge of revenue recognition rules.
BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
