Your work environment:
Within the Group, you will become part of the
IT department (DSI).
The DSI of GIE aims to drive the digital transformation of the GIE (local and corporate functions), promoting and deploying innovative IT solutions aligned with the Group's strategy.
The DSI serves as a true partner to the business functions, providing support and guidance.
In this department, you will join the
Corporate Support Functions team, delivering end-to-end, compliant-by-design solutions for business teams, and report to Karine Vimart, the Corporate Support Functions domain Lead.
- Play a pivotal role in our team's organization as the Product Line Manager HR.
- Approve the Group HR business strategy and manage the budget and roadmap of your product line.
- Prioritize deliverables with the team members, taking into account the roadmap and product objectives.
- Deliver compliantbydesign projects for Group HR and ensure proper management of the product line's assets.
- Coordinate all actions with various stakeholders and stay informed about innovation through technological monitoring.
Votre profil:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Master's level education in Engineering or Business School.
- Technical knowledge to challenge developers and familiarity with Agile methods.
- Project management and portfolio project management skills.
- Business knowledge in HR topics would be a plus.
- Analytical, communication, and multicultural teamwork skills.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and proven relational skills with various interlocutors.
- 7/10 years of experience in a similar position and a good command of English.
