This Program is at once combining new process, a new tool, and the cloud functionalities of SAP.


Your role:


As a Sales Adminstration / Customer Services Specialist, you join a project team, cross function streams (finance, supply chain, customer service...), and contribute to the roll-out of the project, one site at the time.

For each roll-out project, here will be your Sales Adminstration / Customer Servicesscope duties:

  • Preparation
  • That the time to check that all is ready, the scope is clear, so that we can start.
- « Fit analysis »

  • Key moment With the local teams, explaining the new tool and processes, analyzing together the "gap" with their current practices, foreseeing challenges, what will change to new ways of working.
  • You objective : emphases the purpose of the new tools and processes, while listening to the concerns of local key users, and bring identified bocking point to be arbitrated with our program governance.
  • Realization
  • We are customizing the tool as per the local entity to be deployed.
  • You are collaborating with our integrator consultants to customize the solution, guiding the local key users in "cleaning" their data... and then contribution to the data migration. You are preparing the test campaign and proceeding the functional test.
  • UAT = user acceptance test phase
  • Here we are Local key users play the tests, step by step, this is the moment to validate the new processes built in the tool.
  • You assist the key users how to perform the test. You facilitate the correction of defects by involving our consultants when necessary. You onboard the key users on the tool so that they could train other users afterwards.
This is it, this is the moment to "unplug" the old ERP tool... and "plug in" the new SAP tool

  • Hypercare
  • In the first months after golive, there will be problems to solve, and that is normal
  • You stay close to the local key users, to facilitate their rampup on the tool, still in close collaboration with the project team**Qualifications
    Experience:3 experience within Sales Adminstration and/or Customer Services fields.

Skills:


  • Experienced in using an ERP, preferably SAP
  • Skilled user of MS Excel


  • English level B2/C

  • Communication skills
  • Team player, ability to train and coach
  • Good leadership

Additional Information

  • Based in Cluses (Haute-Savoie)
- ** Frequent international travels required for this position (40%)
