Description

The WH Internationalization Manager will be responsible for:

  • Contribute to overall 3Y WH Internationalization ambition and to create Global brand voice.
  • Contribute to make informed choices in WH Strategic planning process by collecting relevant insights from Market & Competitive intelligence, Consumer & Customer listening, Local teams/ Partners and crossfunctional teams.
  • Support and challenge countries with winwin mindset to build robust and ambitious Business plan and Launch activation plan.
  • Develop launch bundle (e.g., products assortment, online & offline assets) and guidelines (e.g., pricing, trade story, distribution channel) in closed collaboration with local teams and consistent with the Global Brand vision and ebusiness roadmap.
  • Ensure great implementation of the global strategy while customizing it to fit local reality as Saforelle's ambition is to become a global brand.
  • Lead internal communication plan to inspire, inform and monitor WH internationalization dynamic.
  • Identify gaps, lead analyses and make recommendations to leverage the test & learn approach and maximize inmarket performance.

The successful applicant:
Extensive experience in Marketing Department within a FMCG business or

Pharmaceutical industry.

Proven experience in Marketing at least 5 years.

Excellent written and oral communications

Team player who is comfortable working with and gaining commitment from personnel across different functional groups.
