PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Support all customer and market insights activities related to Brand and advertising for the European market


Using this knowledge as a base, lead transformation of Nissan into a strategic foresight organization which deeply understands the consumer and leverages these insights to create world class competitive products and marketing.

MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Nissan Brand Equity Tracking for EUR:
  • survey management
- analysis of findings
- reporting and recommendations to key stakeholders

  • Manage all advertising pre
- and post-tests: manage surveys and deploy recommendations

  • Support the management of the Marketing Mix Modelling tool for European countries
  • Support research needs in terms of customer experience, on
- and offline

  • Communicate proactively with external constituents including advertising agency, media agency and research firms as well as Alliance partners
  • Maintain a constant communication with Global Insights teams in our headquarters in Japan
DESIRED EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Master's Degree in Business/marketing/economics
  • Minimum 2 years working experience, ideally in a research environment
  • At ease with data
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Proactive selfstarter who strives for results
  • Great analytical and storytelling skills.
  • People oriented
