- Strong quantitative background, preferably in mathematics, econometrics, or engineering.
- Experience in risk management, portfolio construction, or portfolio management.
- Knowledge of fundamental analysis and equity portfolio characteristics.
- Proficiency in Excel, programming (Python preferred), and market data tools like FactSet/Bloomberg.
- Understanding of derivatives strategies and CFA or equivalent certification desirable.
