Work With Island designs and manufactures soundproof cabins for new workspaces.

Having worked in shared spaces, we understand their limitations:
few places to isolate oneself and meeting rooms often monopolized. It is to provide this moment of serenity and productivity that Work With Island was born.

We produce in France using recycled and recyclable materials, cabins for 1 to 4 people that can be set up in less than 30 minutes.


Building on our success in France, Work with Island has garnered the trust of over 1,000 customers and has become the preferred partner for major players in the tech ecosystem (Alan, Qonto, BackMarket, Swile ) and leading corporations (L'Oréal, Engie, LVMH, Vinci ).


Our goals for 2024 are even more ambitious:

To support our robust growth, we are seeking a Business Developer based in Paris, responsible for advancing our business in France.


As a vital member of our Sales team, you will oversee the entire sales cycle, from discovery to closing deals.

Operating with autonomy, you will have the flexibility to propose and adapt your strategies and methods.


On a daily basis, you will engage with founders in the tech ecosystem, HR teams, office managers, and work environment directors.


Main responsabilities:


  • Identify new prospects, focusing on startups, SMEs, and ETIs.
  • Outbound (80%): Develop a highimpact prospecting strategy through mailings, cold calls, and followups.
  • Inbound: Qualify incoming leads and gauge their interest in WWI.
  • Cultivate loyalty and upsell opportunities.
  • Analyze your performance and identify levers to improve conversion.
  • Implement new tools and processes to optimize prospecting.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal processes.
  • Participate in events to enhance our reputation.

Nicolas joined WWI in June 2023 as Head of Sales.

Do you recognize yourself in this?:

  • 4 years' experience in sales: Demonstrating autonomy throughout the sales cycle with a preference for short cycles.
  • Hunter mentality: Thriving on challenges, particularly adept at outbound strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills: Proficiency in both oral and written communication.
  • Fluent in English: Capable of daily interaction with an international team.
  • Experience with Linkedin and HubSpot: Previous familiarity with these platforms.
  • Startup mindset: Autonomous, proactive, and a team player.
