    Pour l'un de nos clients un cabinet de la propriété industrielle, J4S Intérim & Recrutement recherche un Assistant Marques confirmé H/F dans le domaine juridique à Paris (75). Le poste est en CDI.
    Au sein d'une équipe de 4 personnes dont 2 juristes-CPI, vous aurez notamment la charge de :
    Formalités de dépôt, de renouvellement, de maintien en vigueur des marques, des dessins et modèles, noms de domaine, d'inscriptions et d'opposition auprès des Offices de propriété industrielle
    Gestion administrative des portefeuilles de titres, notamment la vérification et la mise à jour de la base de données, la gestion des délais en lien avec notre système d'information
    Information des clients, la rédaction de courriers, rapports et comptes rendus
    Communication avec nos correspondants étrangers
    Classement électronique des dossiers et l'archivage.
    Doté(e) idéalement d'une première expérience de 2 à 4 ans dans un poste équivalent en Cabinet de Propriété Industrielle ou en Entreprise, vous êtes familier(ère) des procédures de dépôts, de renouvellements, d'extensions de Marques, Dessins et Modèles, aussi bien en France qu'à l'étranger.
    De formation niveau bac+2, vous maitrisez Word, Excel et Powerpoint.
    Vous êtes très à l'aise avec l'informatique et avez un bon niveau d'anglais, notamment à l'écrit.
