    Kave Home révolutionne le secteur de l'ameublement et de la décoration et
    nous allons ouvrir notre premier Flagship à Paris, à la rue Étienne Marcel.

    En constante expansion, nous sommes à la recherche d'une équipe passionnée
    pour notre nouveau magasin, dans le cadre d'un projet ambitieux de
    croissance et d'expansion à l'international. Nous sommes à la recherche de
    personnes extraordinaires, prêtes à relever des défis exceptionnels à nos
    côtés.

    Rejoignez notre équipe comme Commercial B2B pour la clientèle
    professionnelle (B2B) du secteur de l'aménagement d'intérieur et de la
    décoration.

    Vos principales missions :

    * Établir des relations solides avec les clients potentiels et
    existants pour comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions
    adaptées
    * Négocier et conclure des accords commerciaux bénéfiques pour
    l'entreprise
    * Coordonner les projets d'ameublement et de décoration de vos clients
    * S'assurer du service après-vente
    * Les guider et les accompagner tout au long de leur projet
    * Offrir un conseil expert et professionnel
    * Représenter Kave Home comme Ambassadeur(trice) de ses valeurs et
    missons

    Quelques-unes de vos responsabilités :

    * Recevoir et traiter les commandes des clients, en veillant à leur
    exactitude et conformité
    * Réalisation de projets (conception et décoration)
    * Suivi des livraisons et des commandes de vos clients
    * Mettre à jour et maintenir le CRM
    * Suivre et gérer les incidents clients
    * Conseils en matière d'ameublement et d'aménagement intérieur pour vos
    clients

    Et en toute circonstance, s'assurer de l'excellence de l'Expérience Client

    Ce poste est fait pour vous si :

    * Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) de la vente et la négociation
    * La décoration d'intérieure et l'ameublement vous passionnent
    * L'expérience client est votre priorité No1
    * Vous parlez anglais, italien ou espagnol
