Looking for a creative Head of Marketing to join our team in Amsterdam. Join over 250 colleagues from 40+ nationalities across 9+ countries. Our goal? To establish a network of 1,000 fast-charging stations across Europe, powered by solar and wind energy. Being recognized as the top charging network in the UK, France, and the Netherlands speaks volumes about our commitment to delivering the best experience for EV drivers.

Your Responsibilities

As the Head of Marketing, you will lead our marketing efforts and manage a team of professionals. Shaping our brand identity, executing strategies, and engaging with various audiences are key aspects of this role. It's essential to make our brand visible, relevant, and appealing to EV-drivers, municipalities, landowners, investors, fleet owners, and potential employees. Collaborate with other leads to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for brand awareness and growth;
Lead and support a team of creative professionals and campaign managers;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment;
Oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms;
Analyze marketing metrics for optimization;
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Who We're Looking For

We seek an innovative leader with a passion for our mission. Requirements include:

Master's degree in Marketing or related field;
10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles;
Strong leadership and team management skills;
Expertise in digital marketing tactics and platforms;
Analytical and communication skills;
No chance for hesitancy, it's all about confidence here.
