As an E-Commerce Account Manager (new position), you'll be responsiblefor developing the sales of Iris Ohyama's products in the Eastern Europe & drives a comprehensive business plan that will result in the delivery of sales and profit growth consistent with the Company and department vision and objectives.

This position is open in France or Germany


Main duties and responsibilities:


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:


  • Detect new business opportunities, promote existing products, and anticipate future demands.
  • Contribute actively to the development of new customer approaches and contribute to the development of products adapted to different markets through effective and daily communication with the stakeholder.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:


  • Create a realistic sales plan in collaboration with Sales Director
  • Ensure the visibility of the product on the E-Commerce Platform through Promotion and marketing activities.
  • Develop a relationship of trust and win/win with customers. Take the necessary step to increase the P&L
  • Work in collaboration with all members of the E-Commerce Teams for the sake of continuous improvement

MARKET ANALYSIS:


  • Follow and analyze the sales performance of products.
  • Support the Sales operation supervisor in updating and analyzing ecommerce activity indicators.
  • Benchmark the customer website to track the competitor.

Education:

Bac +4/5, at least bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Economics, or Marketing


Experience:

At least 3 years' experience in sales and administration in E-commerce environment.


Soft skills:


  • Rigorous, organized, reactive.
  • Knowledge about Amazon platform (VC/SC)
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, team environment.
  • Selfmotivated, Initiative & followthrough
  • Strong customer service & relationships building
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills
  • Fluent level in English and German
  • Spanish or Italian is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
