Summary / purpose of the position
The scope is global, covering 5800 users in 35 countries.


Main responsibilities / job expectations
-
HRIS Support management

  • Provide support to users by analyzing, categorizing and answering their requests
  • Escalate the tickets when needed (functional expert, IT, Workday )
  • Manage security access requests and request their validation
  • Monitor delay of answers according to the SLAs
  • Followup support KPIs
  • Define & maintain HRIS process flows and Administration procedures and guides up to date

System administration & maintenance

  • Support technical and functional administration of HR campaigns and ongoing activities
  • Manage simple Change requests using Project management tools

Communication & training

  • Create & update videos and training materials according to new features, release or specific cases that comeup from the support questions
  • Contribute to training sessions preparation and rollout
  • Prepare handover to the HRIS team after each project / improvement

Continuous improvement and projects

  • Assess new features (releases ) and identify areas of improvement on the scope of expertise
  • Raise data quality issues or configuration inconsistencies
  • Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to find root causes and identify action plan accordingly
  • Contribute to projects according to the HRIS roadmap

Knowledge, abilities & experience

Education / Certifications:

  • IT / HR / Business master's degree

Experience:


  • Experience in working in international environment / global organization

Languages:

  • French fluent mandatory


  • English fluent mandatory

  • Daily working language
