La plaque Motorcar Paris by autosphere, appartenant au Groupe Emil Frey France, assure la distribution de véhicules et les activités après-vente et pièces détachées pour les marques Ford - Suzuki - Mitsubishi.
Elle est constituée de 2 pôles (Paris Est et Paris Ouest) regroupant 6 concessions situées à Vitry sur Seine, Bagneux, Meaux, Saint Maur des Fossés, Coignières et Nanterre et représente des volumes de ventes annuels de 3 500 véhicules neufs et 1 500 véhicules d'occasion.
Nos 200 collaborateurs contribuent chaque jour à pérenniser et à développer nos activités de commerce et de service en promouvant nos valeurs de satisfaction clients, de professionnalisme et d'esprit d'équipe.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Accueillir et conseiller les clients
- Vendre des véhicules et services associés
- Réaliser les objectifs quantitatifs et quantitatifs mensuels fixé par la Direction
- Conseiller les clients en matière de financement et contrats de services
- Proposer et chiffrer la reprise des véhicules au clients
- Animer le lieu de Vente
- Développer votre clientèle.
Vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble du processus de vente et de conseil depuis la prospection jusqu'à la négociation et la vente.
Dynamique et accrocheur/accrocheuse, vous justifiez d'une solide expérience dans le domaine de l'automobile. Vous maitrisez la législation, la comptabilité et la fiscalité automobile.
Vous avez le sens du commerce et du service clients et disposes d'une forte capacité de négociation et d'un bon relationnel
