In order to achieve our goals, we are looking for an Office and Culture Manager.


As an Office and Culture Manager at Skeepers, you are responsible for overall office support and daily operations of our office locations in France; including but not limited to a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.


The position is ideal for a highly organized talent with great project management skills and ability to act without guidance.


Your Main Responsibilities**:


  • Office Management_
  • Ensure staff and visitors experience a professional, welcoming and friendly reception
  • Keep track of office rent, insurance, and vendors' contracts
  • Keep track of office stationery inventory and timely replenishment
  • Manage office operational needs, coordinate and monitor repair needs, facilitate office move, fitout and refurbishment
  • Manage existing and sourcing of new suppliers, vendors, contractors, and other external counterparts in accordance with the group policy
  • Provide coordination and logístical support for meetings and events (scheduling, room reservation, travel arrangements, etc.)
  • Design and implement ways to simplify and improve our office operations
  • Employee Experience_
  • Create a fistclass employee experience focusing in creating initiatives to drive engagement and inclusion to integrate every part of the organisation
  • Act as the happiness officer to the organization, implementing team activities and event to foster strong connections and bonds
  • Continuously improve and measure our internal engagement initiatives to ensure this is proactive and reach to every employees
  • Ensure all our employee experience touchpoints are accessible, signposted, simplified, relevant fit for purpose and effectively communicated
  • Lead monthly eNPS and pulse to enable continuous improvement
  • Create and actively support our companywide network groups and promote local initiatives, providing consistency with the group work streams

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience and 5+ years' experience in similar role
  • Fluency in English (native speaker), French is a must
  • Superior interpersonal, communication and customer centric skills
  • Selfstarter with proven ability to multitask, with attention to detail
  • Professionalism, organisational and problem solving skills
  • Empathetic team player who loves getting to know people, brings social energy to the group and have fun
  • Demonstrable experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, delivering results in a fast paced changing environment, building strong relationships, balancing competing priorities and influencing agendas
  • Proven experience of improving the workplace performance
  • Proven demonstration of continuous improvement mindset, able to proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities
  • Skilled at project management
