Position Overview:

In this role the PS Systems Architect will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Entrust Digital Card Solution and will act as a technical trusted advisor for customers onboarding.
She/He will be part of the Entrust Professional Services team and will be involved in the overall lifecycle of the customer onboarding process, up to the golive phase.
Additionally she/He will partner with sales/presales to assess customer requirements and partner with R&D and product management to provide feedback for continuous improvement.
She/He is a technical and customerfacing role, responsible for successful customer onboarding.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the relevance of the architecture/design of customer solution (functional specifications) with customer expectations and overall Entrust solution (products / features, systems, processes).
Be the technical trusted advisor to the customer during the implementation phase in close relation with the project manager in charge of the project.
Support sales and technical sales consultant team during the sales cycle to define the best solution to meet customer requirements (functional requirements) and define the corresponding functional and technical scope of the project.
Support the project manager on the technical aspects of the project.
Assist the customer during the integration of selected product(s) and act as the preferred interface regarding the resolution of technical issues or requests raised by the customer until golive.
Configure the customer environment(s) in the Entrust cloud in line with the selected product(s) and customer functional requirements
Be a proactive source of proposals regarding both implementation processes and tools improvements, and new Entrust products or features integration.

Basic Qualifications:
- +8 years in designing, architecting custom solutions and documenting functional requirements.

Bachelor's degree in computing science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study.
Thorough understanding of technology used for integration (API, crypto, web services )
Fluent in English
Ability to perform customer facing
Appetite in technology and innovation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with tokenization platform and associated flows (MDES, VTS)
Experience with mobile, payment technology, mobile SDK and/or Web services architecture and development
Fluent in French and Spanish
