Great opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to join Entrust's France team as Sr. Human Resources Business Partner.


Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


Strategic HR Business Partner Leadership:

  • Build strong and trusting relationships.
  • Partner with Leaders to assess needs and establish HR priorities.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the business and market in order to influence effectiveness and provide insight to assigned client leadership.
  • Support HR and business unit driven change initiatives.
  • Partner with global Talent Acquisition team to support the recruiting process for client openings and partner with client leaders team to ensure that we recruit and hire the right talent for our needs.
  • Challenge and coach leaders as appropriate to provide trusted counsel and perspective.
  • Facilitate performance management and talent management processes within assigned business unit.
  • Lead change initiatives at the HR, businessunit or corporate level.
  • Initiate, design and lead strategic HR projects as assigned to ensure projects are completed on schedule and on budget.
  • Effectively manage employee relations issues. Lead investigations and conflict resolution or mediation activities. Seek counsel from legal team as needed.
  • Work with assigned leadership and HR team members to manage voluntary and involuntary employee separations.
Participate in required works councils (CSE) for responsible geographies, including:

  • Responsible as HR interface to works council in supporting geographies where required.
  • Respond to employee related matters.
  • Recommend and administer policies and procedures that support the company philosophy, culture and strategic goals, and review global policies


Partner with global HR Operations and Global Benefits teams to administer local payroll and benefits.- Partner with HR Operations team to transition to global payroll process, and provide local support.- Currently responsible for monthly payroll for France. Support company growth, integrations and legal entity work as required.- Participate in operational continuous improvement processes changes in coordination and partnership with Entrust's Global HR Operations team.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
  • Minimum of 5 years Human Resources Generalist experience
  • Experience working with French works council
  • Strong knowledge of employment law in France
  • Strong initiative and results orientation
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fastpaced environment
  • Experience leading change initiatives
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite & HRIS)
  • French and English written and spoken business language fluency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
  • Experience working in a global HR organization
  • Strong knowledge of employment law in Germany or Italy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience coordinating and managing projects
  • Strategic thinking as demonstrated through longterm planning initiatives
