Job Description Summary:


Sous la responsabilité du Manager, Supply Chain Operations, Europe,vous serez chargé-e de fournir un soutien administratif à l'équipe de planification et de déterminer et de maintenir des niveaux de stocks appropriés pour le portefeuille de produits attribué.


Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Operation, Europe, the Planning Associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the planning team and for determining and maintain appropriate inventory levels under assigned product portfolio.


Missions et responsabilités:


  • Apprendre les concepts de la planification et des opérations axées sur la demande
  • Planifier les besoins en approvisionnement à l'aide de l'ERP SAP en combinaison avec le logiciel Demand Driven MRP Software, R+
  • Travailler avec le Senior Planner afin de réaliser des opérations qui retardent les calendriers et modifient les plans d'approvisionnement pour répondre à des situations imprévues, en veillant à ce que les commandes en souffrance soient rapidement traitées et satisfaites, afin de favoriser la satisfaction client et d'atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise.

Qualifications

  • Niveau licence en Supply Chain / Logistique avec 0 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle
  • Maitrise d'Excel (Power Queries) obligatoire
  • Clonnaissance de R+ ou Demand Driven Methodology est un atout
  • Connaissance de SAP ou d'un autre ERP est un atout
  • Anglais et français courants
  • Esprit d'analyse

Duties and responsibilities:


  • Learning the concepts of planning and demand driven operations
  • Plan supplies requirements using SAP ERP in combination with Demand Driven MRP Software, R+
  • Working with senior planner in order to execute operations that delay schedules and alters supplies plans to meet unforeseen conditions ensuring that backorders are promptly acted on and fulfilled, driving customer excellence and achievement of the company's objectives

Minimum education level:


  • Supply Chain / Logistics Bachelor degree with 0 to 3 years' experience.

Required skills:


  • Excel (Power Queries)
  • R+ or Demand Driven Methodology
  • SAP or ERP knowledge
  • English and French fluent
  • Analytical
