Description
Quelles sont les missions ?
Au sein de l'équipe, et sous la supervision de Consultants seniors et de Managers, vous participerez à toutes les phases d'une mission de conseil en Corporate Finance :
Analyse financière (analyse des performances prévisionnelles et historiques, revue de plans d'affaires)
Recherches sectorielles (recherche de sociétés cotées comparables et de transactions comparables, analyse des sociétés cotées et du consensus des analystes)
Détermination des paramètres d'évaluation (calcul de volatilités, recherche de taux d'intérêt de marché, etc.)
Construction de modèles financiers et d'évaluation basées sur des méthodes optionnelles type Black and Scholes et Monte Carlo
Rédaction de livrables (rapports d'évaluation, présentations au Comité d'investissement/Direction financière)
Participation à la vie de l'équipe (organisation d'événements d'équipe, rédaction d'études, organisation de formations, développement des outils, etc.)
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Vous êtes un(e) jeune diplômé(e) ou en fin d'études d'une de nos formations cibles, de commerce (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, SciencesPo master finance & stratégie, EM Lyon, Dauphine master 225, Panthéon-Sorbonne master ingéfi) ou d'ingénieurs (X, Mines, CentraleSupélec, Ponts, ENSTA, ENSAE, ISAE-SUPAERO).
Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, d'une curiosité et d'une aisance en communication, vous avez démontré vos qualités analytiques et rédactionnelles et savez allier synthèse, rigueur, organisation et méthode.
Vous avez envie de vous investir sur des missions à forte valeur ajoutée, de travailler au sein d'une équipe jeune et dynamique et tournée vers l'international.
Vous parlez et écrivez couramment l'anglais et vous maitrisez Excel et PowerPoint. La maîtrise d'outils de Data Visualisation serait un plus.
Vous avez eu une expérience en cabinet (Evaluation, TS, Restructuring, Audit), en banque d'investissement (M&A, Leveraged Finance, ECM, Equity Research), en fonds d'investissement ou en direction financière.
