Join us as a FrontEnd Staff Engineer to lead our Regates team transition from monolith architecture to monorepos enhancing our product delivery by optimizing our frontend operations Collaborate closely with our seasoned Staff Engineer to elevate our testing frameworks and design systems across all frontend squads
As a FrontEnd Staff Engineer for our Regate team you will:
Migrate from a monolith to a monorepo and adapt all the related architecture on Regates product Develop and enforce a robust testing framework that integrates QA from the initial stages of development Collaborate with the design team to synchronize the coding design system ensuring consistency and efficiency Mentor and support midlevel and senior engineers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning Regularly review and optimize frontend code maintaining high standards of quality and performance
