- « Travailler en Ehpad n'est pas suffisamment rémunéré » : FAUX, nous proposons aux jeunes diplômés un salaire mensuel de 2265 euros BRUT, soit environ 1745 euros net (c'est plus parlant ) attendez d'arriver aux avantages
- « La charge de travail est insurmontable » FAUX, notre organisation en unité de vie avec à sa tête une Soignante encadrante permet la prise en soin et l'accompagnement de 7-8 résidents par jour.
- « Nous sommes mal accueillis » : FAUX, chez nous vous serez au coeur de notre parcours d'intégration avec un/une salariée référente qui vous suivra les premières semaines
- « Les Ehpad ne prennent pas soin des salariés » : FAUX, nous apportons une grande attention à votre bien-ê preuve, nous avons des rails, des chaises raizer, des ergonomes, l'accompagnement pour des séances d'échauffement, une plateforme d'aide et de soutien par une assistance sociale, une application mobile pour avoir, entre autre, accès en permanence à votre planning (plus besoin de l'afficher sur le frigo ou de le recopier au stylo )...
