- Participate in identifying key market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape, to be summarized annually in a presentation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies to support sales objectives and drive demand for electromobility products and services, with a detailed action plan to be prepared annually for N+1.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including POS displays, sales collateral such as impactful customer presentations, and promotional campaigns, to effectively communicate services & products features and benefits.
- Planning and coordinating the company's participation in trade fairs in the field of electromobility, ensuring all logistical aspects are taken care of, such as booth reservations, coordination of promotional materials, and schedule management. Design appealing booths that attract the attention of trade fair visitors.
- Develop partnerships with key influencers/prescribers, such as associations in the transportation sector, to enhance brand visibility and credibility, including managing registration processes and deploying communication within the partner network.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
- Master degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the automotive or electromobility industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite especially in Powerpoint
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Strong competence in project management, including experience in planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
- Fluency in French and English required + basic knowledge of German if possible.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Trade Marketer to join our growing team. Together with the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness within the electromobility sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs.
