When you join Odaseva, you'll work alongside some of the most accomplished people in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working and forming relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
Drafting and publishing job postings on platforms, such as social media and niche job boards
Implementing overall technical recruiting strategy
Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, hard skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated
Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Promoting company's reputation as "best place to work"
Fluency in both French and English

You will bring:

BS/MS in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
2+ years' experience as a Technical Recruiter
Ability to understand and explain job requirements for Engineering roles
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decisionmaking skills
Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
