    Your mission

    As PMO intern, you will be part of the Professional Services team and will support the PS team in their activities.

    Your responsibilities include:

  • PMO, following up projects and timesheets.
  • Assisting the PM lead in defining templates, tools and procedures for the team.
  • Assisting the PS team in preparing documentation, communication and/or procedures writing.
  • Controlling that data is available and up to date in out central system.
  • Controlling that knowledge DB and documentation is available and up to date.
  • Ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are calculated and up to date.
  • Sending reminders to team members if it is not the case.

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree
  • Studying or possessing a background in Project Management and Software/Computer Sciences
  • Available for an internship lasting 4-6 months
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
  • Positive team player, actively contributing to team success and fostering a collaborative environment
  • Strong drive to achieve goals and motivation to learn and grow within project management
  • Passionate about success and personal development to enhance effectiveness in the role
  • Proficient in both written and spoken French, with a solid working knowledge of English
