About the Team


International Programs are central to Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' offering to customers and a key pillar of our future growth strategy.

It is an exciting time for our team as we seek to establish Swiss Re Corporate Solutions as one of the top insurers offering for international programs across most commercial insurance lines of business.


About the Role


For each international program the client and broker will be provided with complimentary access to our state-of-the-art digital customer and broker portal called PULSE.


The PULSE Portal Customer Manager is responsible for coordinating and driving all marketing activities to ensure that the PULSE portal value proposition is known in the market and successfully positioned as an integral part of the International Business service offering.

You will act as the main point of contact for all PULSE portal matters, internally and externally.


A key part of the role is to deliver PULSE portal demos to prospective and existing clients and brokers in cooperation with all relevant internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the EMEA & APAC region, working closely with the international program teams across the respective producing office countries and coordinate training for all involved functions.

You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process and consistent outstanding client experience.

For selected managed and complex accounts, you will coordinate and lead cross-functional workshops for feedback and requirement definition to continuously improve the functionalities of PULSE portal.

You will also work closely with the IT team to drive the requirement gathering and prioritization based on client feedback as well as be involved with the review and testing of new system functionalities.

Further, you will ensure that the data quality is according to PULSE portal standards. For this task you will work closely with the data quality team and oversee their process.


About You

Professional experience:

  • You have 5+ years' working experience, preferably in the insurance industry in a role such as underwriting, business development, operations and/or customer management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to effectively coordinate across global, crossfunctional teams and deliver engaging client and broker presentations
  • Fluent in English (Fluency in any other European language is an advantage)
  • Experience in Agile working environments

  • Commercial mindset, always striving for the best customer experience
  • Excels in a fastpaced environment, exhibiting a high level of drive and positivity

  • Willing to travel across EMEA as required
