Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Paris HQ Office Accountabilities:

  • Support leaders & HR to make Graitec HQ office a great place to work where people can live our culture and realize their full potential
  • Support, participate and initiate Paris HQ events, to secure great Graitec team, visitors as well as customers experience

France Office Accountabilities:

  • Support / coordinate / own all French offices purchase in sustainable services & supply (coordinate all purchase for employees / offices) in coordination with HR and leaders and in line with budget
  • Support HR & Finance to guarantee compliance to internal and external policies and / or regulations of our French offices

Global Accountabilities:

  • Support Executive Committee members as well as Leadership team Members with their traveling and events scheduling
  • Contribute to internal communication & French customer events
  • Coordinate the Company sustainability report

Success indicators:

  • Excom & leaders time saving
  • Graitec resources optimization thru either planning, agendas, work environment conditions


  • Employee satisfaction

  • Office and Team "happiness", culture and compliance
  • Timely support to team & customers

Responsibilities:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of office management experience preferably within a fast pace environment, Tech

Qualifications:

  • Positive and energetic and fun to work with,
- likes to take initiative,

  • Highly collaborative,
  • Professional attitude, fun loving and enjoys working with a diverse group of people
  • Selfstarter with strong customer service orientation
  • Highly structured with strong attention to detail while coming up with pragmatic solutions
  • Strong relationship skills and comfortable working in an environment with tight deadlines and imperfect information (working in the gray).
