About the Team Hiring:

The R&D division of GRAITEC is a diverse, multicultural environment, with a wide range of experienced professionals, with strong technical / interpersonal skills and a dedication to excellence.

The R&D team operates, in Romania, France, UK, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, working alongside the Product Management Team in offering top-notch solutions to the AEC sector.

Overview:

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of developers, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions that meet business requirements and goals.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize development initiatives.
Ensure adherence to software development best practices, standards, and procedures.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve software development efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure ontime delivery of projects within budget constraints.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Continuously evaluate and improve the software development process to ensure highquality and efficient software delivery.

Responsibilities:

Required Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in managing software development teams and delivering software projects on time and within budget.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a track record of successfully leading teams in Agile development environments.
Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring developers and creating a highperforming team culture.
Experience with project management tools and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Experience in leading technical architecture and design discussions, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.
Strong technical background and ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Excellent planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
