    Your Missions:

    • Define Capgemini Engineering's strategy in your industry scope.
    • Understand and identify the group's assets and value offerings that can address clients' challenges.
    • Respond to formal consultations in an internal ecosystem, ensuring project feasibility and profitability.
    • Implement transversal streams in your scope (Innovation, sustainability).

    Your Profile:

    You hold a degree in engineering or business. You have a minimum of 15 years of experience and successful experiences as a presales, project director, or technical director in the target industry, with solid knowledge of engineering or digital professions. Your ability to orchestrate teams across multiple locations, especially in an international context, is well established (fluent in English). Your ability to synthesize technical subjects, detect risks, and effectively animate all stakeholders (clients, partners, internal teams) is a key strength. Expected qualities:

    • Great interpersonal skills in listening/convincing.
    • Technical curiosity, creativity, anticipation.
    • Ability to interact in matrix environments (internal Capgemini ecosystem, partners).
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Client sensitivity.
    • Passionate about the chosen industry.
    • Enthusiasm and Dynamism.
    • Versatility (technical/business/financial/animation).
