Vos missions
Rattaché(e) à un Area Manager et en collaboration avec l'équipe Formation Produits, vous êtes responsable du point de vente sur tous les aspects et ambassadeur(rice) de nos « couleurs » et valeurs.
Vous développez la performance commerciale du magasin grâce à la bonne gestion des encaissements et au suivi des différents indicateurs : CA, panier moyen, taux de transformation, productivité horaire, objectifs collectifs, etc.
Vous animez votre équipe dans le respect des valeurs de l'entreprise et dans une logique de développement des talents.
Vous dynamisez les ventes en veillant à maintenir un service clients et une image du magasin irréprochable.
Vous assurez la gestion administrative, RH, logistique et garantissez les standards de qualité en terme d'image (présentation produits, merchandising et propreté du magasin).
Vous garantissez son bon fonctionnement dans le respect des procédures groupe tout en adoptant et diffusant les valeurs de la société.
Vos compétences
De formation Bac+2 minimum, vous avez une expérience réussie du management en distribution spécialisée (cosmétiques, PAP, accessoires, décoration...) et revendiquez votre tempérament « beauty addict »*.
Votre parcours vous permet de maîtriser le pilotage des indicateurs commerciaux, l'excellence du service client et le management de proximité.
Polyvalent(e), vous êtes force de proposition auprès de votre Area Manager sur tous les sujets relatifs à votre point de vente.
Soucieux(se) d'exemplarité, vous communiquez de façon respectueuse et efficace auprès de vos équipes.
Votre capacité à gérer un flux important de clients et de produits, ainsi que vos qualités relationnelles vous permettront de performer au sein de notre marque.
