In this position you will lead and manage all aspects of implementing and improving cross-functional business processes for the Pharmaceutical Systems Business Unit, driving improvements in the supply chain processes (from factory gate to customer), for all regions served by Pharmaceutical Systems.


Responsibilities:


Portfolio & Project Management

  • Actively support efforts for Project Prioritization across the business to align with strategic objectives
  • Act as core team member within process and systems improvement projects
  • Review and recommend prioritization of work requests (i.e. projects, CI, change requests, break/fix)
  • Own a part of the strategic development roadmap in alignment with Supply Chain leadership covering business process improvement and tools deployment

Process Management - Change Management, Competency & Metrics

  • Support the change readiness to adopt process initiatives.
  • Engage and communicate to the organizational leadership about project progress, issues and solutions.
  • Drive process optimization and promote commonality in processes and tools.
  • Ensure efficient knowledge management to allow process sustainability and adaption
  • Work closely with the business to define and implement the metrics for their process area.
  • Review, analyze, and improve process health and associated metrics

Solution Delivery - Release Planning & Execution

  • Generate tools (or tool prototypes) to simplify SAP usage or other systems (identify business workflow, develop tool and related documentation, ensure training)
  • Responsible for initial triage of issues/questions from Super Users
  • Provide business case rationale and requirements (Idea/Demand SIAM process) for enhancements to processes/system
  • Implementing and supporting Change Management and user adoption

Support Day-to-Day Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Responsible for initial triage of issues/questions from Super Users
  • Analyze and support day to day operational challenges
  • Own and manage a community of global SuperUsers
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Solve complex problems & communicate with super users
  • Act as a liaison to the systems technical support teams to specify solution requirements, support testing and acceptance

Required Skills & Competencies:


  • English Language skills are a must (advanced competency in written & oral)
  • French Language skills are highly desired
  • Advanced Super User or Functional Consultant in SAP SCM with working knowledge of DP, CTM and GATP
  • Excellent knowledge of MRP and SAP ECC
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Excellence in Business Analysis analyzing and solving problems, and translating business requirements into user requirements specifications
  • Experienced in providing user and internal customer support and coaching
  • At ease with complex data structures, analysis and investigations
  • Must be hands on leading improvements and changes by doing
  • BAC+5
