I have a long-standing experience in the field of biomarker sciences, bioanalytical methods development and validation and samples analysis.

As Senior Bioanalytical Scientist, my responsibilities include the conduct of biomarker (large molecules) and pharmacokinetics assays development, assay validation and samples (from preclinical and clinical studies) analysis for customs (pharma clients, biotechnologies companies and academics) in compliance with different regulatory framework (ICH M10, ISO13485 and ISO17025). I am implicated in different client exchanges and support of other department of the company as subject matter expert for analytical activities. In collaboration with our QA team, I have a responsibility on the management of quality deviations and the implementation of our continuous improvement policy. 

I have experience with the different immunoassay platforms; QMAP, MSD, Bioplex, ELLA, Singulex and, of course, on more standard methods such as ELISA. on different biological fluids (serum, plasma, urine, whole blood).
