My name is Alessandro and I am writing to express my interest in a job opportunity at your company. With over 15 years of experience in customer service and one year of experience as a Back Office agent for Nissan, I believe I have the necessary skills to contribute to the success of your organization.

 

My 8-month experience as a Front Office agent allowed me to develop my listening skills and understand the needs of customers. Currently, in my role as a Case Manager for Northern Italy, I am responsible for handling cases from other parts of Italy and can work independently and in an organized manner, while also effectively collaborating with my colleagues.

 

I am a native Italian speaker and speak English very well, with a B1 level of French. My strongest soft skills are empathy, the ability to listen and learn, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. I am an enthusiastic person, able to work under pressure and effectively solve customer problems.

 

Additionally, I have important technical skills such as the use of Saleforce, Photoshop, the Office package, and the Google world. I attended a professional course in Social Media Management to keep up to date on new trends in this field.

 

My passions are outdoor sports, photography, travel, and especially music. I have been playing the guitar since I was five years old and have always tried to develop my creativity in different areas.
