My background encompasses working as Assistant Director and Digital fields. 💼

📚 I developed my skills by acquiring a BTEC. This diploma was a fusion of reception duties such as welcoming high end clients + business skills. It has helped me to assist many managers in their administrative tasks and to solve customers’ issues. 
In addition, I developed management and digital skills with my bachelors degree and my master degree. These diplomas enabled me to create and update social networks, websites, digital marketing strategies and much more. 📖

The variety of sectors I've worked in (luxury goods, banking, health insurance, etc.) has enabled me to put into practice what I've learnt during my postgraduate studies in the corporate world.  

I'm currently a digital junior project manager and I'd love to continue in CRM. 🚀🎯
I recently got the certification: « CRM Mailchimp certification » with Enablers training platform. I also got 35,000 points and 241 badges on Trailhead platform by Salesforce.
As another CRM platform, I've already run email campaigns with Sendinblue.

As I like to learn about CRM, I also did my final year thesis about CRM in the pharmaceutical industry. 👩‍💻
