Charlotte Engels

After a general Baccalaureate and an Abibac with honors, I decided to study international business. Having always been in a bilingual program with a strong attraction for finance and marketing, it was natural for me to go into this program, in which I am fully fulfilled. The numerous internships during my program allow me to gain professional experience and I actively participate in many projects that are close to my heart.

During my internship as a real estate agent I had the opportunity to fully invest myself in the rental department. Having shown autonomy and responsibility from my first weeks, the management allowed me to do the same tasks and have the same obligations as a full time real estate agent. My daily life was organized around very diverse tasks such as the search for prospects and rental mandates or the management of the rental process (Administration, customer relations, property visits, emailing...). I worked in close collaboration with my two colleagues of the rental department but I had a total autonomy as for my portfolio of customers. I was also given the management of the agency's Instagram account, on which I posted daily. 

I also had the chance to fully organize the delivery of a building (contact with architects, digital and paper communication, invitations of potential prospects, management of teams and providers on the day of delivery). 

Finally, I replaced a colleague during two weeks, during which I was in charge of the customer reception (information on all departments, management of calls, emails and mail for the whole agency, contact with the different suppliers...).

IBMA - Student association 

I have been a member of my student association since June 2022. I was first a member of the communication department. I was responsible for all the digital communication (social networks mainly) and the designs.

In October 2022, I was promoted to the role of Head of the communication department. My role is to ensure the good management of the team and the distribution of tasks according to the capacities of each member. I am also in charge of the link between the different departments but also of the management of the social networks (Instagram and Facebook) and of the different channels of communication of the association (emails and WhatsApp business). As a creative person, I also realized many visuals for different events like integration parties, conferences, alumni etc.
