My two most relevant experiences include those as a receptionist and as a Head Waitress. 

My internship as a front desk receptionist was my first professional experience abroad and allowed me to develop a large number of competences in terms interpersonal and language skills (English and Spanish), as well as to gain knowledge of the principles of customer care.

My past experience as a head waitress has allowed me to acquire extensive know-how in the different rules and techniques of service, to anticipate unexpected situations, to develop my resistance to stress and to deepen my knowledge in gastronomy and oenology.
