  • Experienced in the security domain under the banking and finances Sector for the state street client which aimed at providing security, access, and resolving the issues related to the employees in the BFSI sector. 
  • Monitoring SLA and classifying the tickets based on priority. 
  • The report for the customer evaluation purpose is to be created and resolve the LAN Lock-out and primary code issues.

WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES, Indian — SAP Consultant 

February 2021 - August 2021

  • As an SAP Consultant, I worked under SAP-Basis Team for the Severn Trent Water client to configure the computer systems and software to meet the needs of the Client onsite. 
  • Audit and report the production Server’s health (ECC, CRM, SRM) content server and incident Tickets. 
  • Troubleshooting the tickets based on the priority that customers raised from onsite (UK) and monthly production patching
