To conclude my student journey, I had the opportunity to work as a Consumer & Market Insight Analyst within the strategic direction of the Accor group. This experience allowed me to evolve in a leading company in its industry and to work in an international environment on business cases enabling to guide the group’s strategy. Notably, I was able to execute quantitative and qualitative studies and statistical analyses for a study supporting the evolution of the ALL fidelity program. I also had the opportunity to pilot the exploration of internal and external data and the creation of a draft dashboard with the goal of reporting on the health of the group's brands.
Additionally, I was in charge of the follow-up of regular studies and KPIs concerning the impact of events on the brand's image. In order to improve the data collection process, the quality of the analysis and the sharing of the results, I worked on the standardization of surveys and on the creation of an interactive dashboard.
Éducation
With courses such as Data Science, AI Management or Big Data & Analytics, the training I took allows me to be aware of the multiple stakes of good data processing and management.
More concretely, I was able to develop a predictive model for a company working in the health industry. Using Python, I explored and visualized the database, cleaned it, searched for adapted parametric models and implemented them. This concrete case allowed me to fully dive into data analysis and to understand the construction and development of an innovative project.
Other projects helped me to improve my skills by working on various business needs using different statistical or AI software and tools. For instance, one consisted in predicting the results of a future marketing campaign in the banking industry using IBM Watson Studio. Another project gave us the opportunity to use Machine Learning on Stata to predict bookings and prices of plane tickets using a database provided by a leading company in the global travel industry.
