Collaborated with other departments, I ensured the accurate preparation of vital financial documents such as account receivable ledger, account payable ledger, purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash documents. Additionally, contribution in verifying and analyzing quotes for selected suppliers enabled the smooth preparation and processing of purchase orders. Through prioritization and target setting, we successfully addressed a backlog of supplier purchases. These responsibilities showcased my skills in financial management, analysis, and problem-solving.
