Qandeel Ijaz

Hello, I'm currently an undergraduate student in Turkey, and in a nutshell, I am just at the beginning of my professional life and am very determined to work through it to my fullest potential. On the way, I am very eager to employ my organizational skills, which is why I think I would be a good fit for this role. 

Most recently, I have worked as a Business Development Specialist at Worldpronet (a B2B business consultancy). In this role, I carried out thorough market research to generate qualified prospects and arranged meetings to pitch the company's profile. Moreover, I participated in the meetings and acted as an intermediary representing the company, and helped negotiate terms between the clients and prospects. I was also in charge of taking meeting minutes and provided both my supervisors as well as clients with briefings regarding the meetings. 
Secondly, I worked as a Brand Ambassador for Study Resources. In this role, I took several training sessions to better understand the strategies and means of reaching desired target audiences. Following these sessions, I engaged with the company's target audience directly and successfully generated higher sales. 
 

The role entails responsibilities that require an individual with extraordinary organizational skills, hence I believe that I could serve well in this role. Firstly, I am a management major, and throughout the course of my degree, I have developed and implemented the appropriate skills for such a role - such as time management, communication, detail orientation, etc. Secondly, I have not only learned these skills as part of my degree but also gained practical experience in my professional life, ie, through my experience as a Business Development Specialist and as a Teaching Assistant. 
In addition, I not only possess these skills but am also extremely passionate to implement them in my career life which would serve as an asset to this role, and to the company.
