Working as Line Chef Opening Team Flight Club Birmingham from 1st July 2019 till 30th July 2020
As a Line Chef for the opening team at Flight Club Birmingham, my responsibilities included training staff to ensure that all kitchen staff had the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare and plate dishes. Additionally, I prepared mise en place to ensure a smooth workflow in the kitchen and efficient food preparation. To maintain the quality of words, I was responsible for plating them in an appealing and visually appealing manner. Through effective communication and collaboration with the team, I contributed to the successful opening of the restaurant and the delivery of high-quality dishes to customers.
Working as Chef de Partie for Scat Travels Pvt Ltd from May 2017 to July 2018
In this role, I was responsible for various aspects of culinary operations, including menu creation, which involved developing recipes and analyzing costs to maintain profitability. Additionally, I managed menu pricing to ensure that the food cost was maintained at an average of 15% annually. As part of my responsibilities, I trained kitchen staff to ensure they had the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare and plate dishes. I also prepared mise en place to ensure a smooth workflow in the kitchen and efficient food preparation. To maintain the quality of words, I was responsible for appealingly plating them. Furthermore, I selected suppliers to ensure the kitchen had access to high-quality ingredients. Finally, I designed the kitchen layout to optimize productivity and provide an efficient workflow.
Industrial training at Oberoi Amarvilās (from December 2015 to April 2016)
I was placed in the Food Production department, where I worked closely with the continental and tandoor section teams to ensure the timely and efficient preparation of dishes. As part of my responsibilities, I coordinated with the Butchery Section to ensure that all meat was adequately prepared and stored in dishes. Through effective communication and collaboration with these teams, I contributed to the successful operation of the department and the delivery of high-quality dishes to customers.

As a member of the accounting team, my primary responsibilities included accurately recording all financial transactions in the company's books. This involved maintaining detailed records of all income and expenses, ensuring that all financial data was accurate and up-to-date.
