HR Talent Development Coordinator - FORVIA, France (Apprentice, Sept 2023 - Sept 2024)

FORVIA is one of the biggest automotive technology suppliers in the world. With 6 business groups, and more than 150,000 employees working in 40 different countries, the company has been innovative in providing sustainable solutions for future mobility society.

I was working in the Clean Mobility business group, supporting Talent Development Initiatives. My main responsibilities involved facilitating talent and organization development topics for 4300+ Managers and Professionals at Faurecia Clean Mobility, such as Yearly Performance Reviews, Objective Settings, and People Reviews.
I also organized and managed mentoring/sponsoring programs for high-potential career development. My work also involved data analysis to design strategic approaches for talent development, gender diversity, and AI, boosting retention and diversity.

Candidate Manager - TEKsystems, Japan (Full-time, Nov 2022 - Jul 2023) 

TEKsystems falls under Allegis Group, which is the largest privately held recruitment company in the world, based in Maryland, United States. It has 500 offices across the globe, including 20 offices in APAC region. Throughout 40 years of operation, TEKsystems always makes sure to bring the best quality service to all of our customers.

I was working as a Candidate Manager at TEKsystems Japan, supporting IT talents to find the most relevant job opportunities here in the country, successfully matching 5+ top IT talents to client needs. I maintained strong contractor relationships through regular touchpoints and administrative support, resolving issues to enhance engagement. I also recruited and onboarded internal team members, aligning candidates with organizational culture and values.

Management Trainee - PASONA Group Inc., Japan (Full-time, Oct 2021 - Oct 2022) 

PASONA is one of the Japanese leading companies in employment and staffing solutions. It has been also investing in different other industries, such as Hospitalities, Digital Transformation and Life Solution.

As part of Regional Revitalization team (Pasona HR Hub Inc), I was working as a Management Trainee at Hello Kitty Smile, one of Pasona's service-related facilities. I was in charge of merchandise selling, tickets reception, and hand-craft workshops area. I was also writing marketing contents about Hello Kitty Smile on websites and social media, such as Instagram. As a result, I gained knowledge of hospitality and communication skills when dealing with different types of customers.

Before that, I also worked there as a member of Global Department. I managed Pasona's job search website and Facebook page to provide candidates with different potential position-related information.
