Position Snapshot

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in field hydrogeology and water resources management (experience in the industry or public water management would be an asset)

Position Summary
Lead and coordination of water stewardship roadmap (CRP 3.0, AWS certification, Water pledge projects) at Z-EUR Waters category level (16 factories)


A day in the life of...

Water stewardship roadmap

  • Define roadmap and KPIs at Z-EUR level (16 factories)
  • Ensure alignement with Sustainability teams (Markets, Z-EUR, SBU) on roadmaps and targets

Community relationship process (CRP 3.0)

  • Lead roll out of CRP process in factories
  • Ensure training on the tool and process to the factories
  • Support factory teams to build and develop their community engagement plans
  • Ensure reporting and consolidation of CRP plans

AWS certification

  • Lead delivery of the AWS roadmap (all sites certified) by 2025 and beyond (maintaining certifications)
  • Support the certification process in factories (training and support to local teams)
  • Leverage good practices across EUR factories and cross fertilize knowledge and capabilities

Water regeneration commitment

  • Lead deployement of Z-EUR water regeneration roadmap
  • Support factory teams to identify key stakeholders and define shared water challenges
  • Identify and validate projects to deliver the commitment by 2025 and beyond (project scouting, feasability studies)
  • Coordinate external panel and internal (ESG Steerco) validation of projects
  • Ensure capabilty building for factory project teams in charge of projects implementation
  • Ensure alignement with Sustainability teams (Markets, Z-EUR, SBU)
  • Ensure reporting and consolidation of projects (WR Sharepoints, Service Now)
  • Support Comms teams in communicating project goals and results

What will make you successful
'- Master or PhD in Hydrogeology (or equivalent University degree)

  • Knowledge of water resource management practices at watershed level
  • Knowledge of the water regularory context (EU)
  • Project management skills
  • Communication skills (conferences, public meetings)
  • Able to work in a network with different functions (T&P, Marketing, Comms, Public Affairs)
  • English language written and spoken
